At CAD CAM Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality CAD/CAM training and services. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or need to cancel, please review our refund policy outlined below.
β Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Course Enrollment:
Refund request must be made within 3 days of registration or fee payment.
No refund will be provided once the student has attended 2 or more classes (online or offline).
Service-Based Work (Projects, Design, Support):
Refunds are only possible before work has started or deliverables are shared.
Once the service has been partially or fully delivered, no refund will be issued.
Training Material:
No refunds are provided for digital course material or downloads once accessed.
π« Non-Refundable Situations
No refund for missed classes or incomplete course due to personal reasons.
No refund for software/tool license fees (if applicable).
No refund for discounted or promotional courses.
No refund for offline cash payments, unless prior written commitment was made.
π Course Rescheduling & Transfers
Instead of a refund, we offer flexibility:
You may reschedule your course to a future batch within 30 days of original enrollment.
You may transfer your seat to a friend or colleague (with prior approval).
