At CAD CAM Solutions, we offer both online and offline training, along with project-based services and course material delivery. This policy explains how we deliver our services and products to students, professionals, and corporate clients.

📦 1. Course Delivery Modes

✅ Online Courses / Services

Access is granted via email or WhatsApp within 24-48 hours of successful payment.
Login credentials or class joining links (Zoom/Google Meet) will be shared in the registered email/number.
Digital materials such as PDFs, software files, or recordings will be sent through email or Google Drive.
No physical shipping is involved for online courses.

✅ Offline Classroom Training (Institute Center)

Offline courses are conducted at our center:
CAD/CAM Solutions
📍 Dashmesh Nagar, Near Punjab National Bank,
Baghpat Road, Meerut – 250002 (U.P.), India
Students must report as per the batch schedule provided at the time of registration.
Offline class kits or notes may be provided during sessions.

📬 2. Shipping of Physical Materials (If Applicable)

If any printed notes, certificates, or hardware kits are to be shipped, the delivery will be handled via courier partners like India Post, DTDC, or equivalent.
Shipping is available within India only.
Typical delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on location.
Tracking details will be shared once the parcel is dispatched.

📦 Shipping Charges:

Free shipping for course kits above ₹1500.
Standard shipping fee ₹50–₹100 for smaller kits/documents.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatched.

🔁 Delays & Issues

CAD CAM Solutions is not liable for courier delays caused by third-party services.
If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately with your order ID and tracking number.
For online access issues, support will be provided immediately through call or WhatsApp.
